Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 pm (Mon-Sat) ship the Same Day from San Diego, California for a flat rate of $5. Free Same Day Shipping on orders over $75. Priority Shipping is available for $12.95. Upgrading to Priority shipping is available for customers eligible for Free Shipping.

All of our shipments are insured by Shipsurance with a coverage of up to $200. In case of loss theft or damage, we will file a claim with our insurance. If the claim is approved, we will re-ship the items covered by the insurance or issue you a store credit in lieu of items that are unavailable. No refunds will be issued. 

Standard Delivery

Standard packages are usually delivered in 3-5 business days within the USA. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once we ship your package. 

Please consider Priority shipping for time sensitive orders.

Multiple orders placed within 24 hours, may be combined and shipped together.

Please use the tracking number emailed to you to track your package. Once your package leaves our warehouse and picked up by the mail carrier, we have no control over it.

Please contact the Carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) directly for any inquiries. We are not responsible for misdelivered, lost or damaged packages. We will not issue a refund or reship a package.  Only place an order with us if you accept the above condition. No exceptions will be made.

 

Priority Shipping

Priority packages are usually delivered in 2-4 business days within the USA. 

Please note that Holiday Season may extend delivery times.

*Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time, over the weekend or national holidays may be processed the next business day. Delivery times are an estimate and can not be guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via an expedited or standard service using DHL/UPS/USPS at Lucky Panda Kids' discretion. Delivery times vary for each country/region. Please refer to your tracking information that you will receive in your shipping confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Carrier estimates for Express International Shipping to ASIA, EUROPE, Australia & New Zealand is 2-5 Business Days. Customs Clearance and processing may extend delivery times.

CANADA

Economy International: 6-21 Business Days

Expedited: 2-4 Business Days

 

Customers are responsible for all customs, duty taxes or fees that may become due upon receipt of package. Our prices do not include any of these fees or taxes.

Please note that import duties, fees or taxes may apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Lucky Panda Kids assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. All International sales are final.
