Where do you ship from?

We ship from San Diego, California. We partner with many vendors and manufacturers overseas to bring you the most adorable clothing for your little ones at affordable prices.  

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. If you need to change to your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@luckypandakids.com

We generally cannot make changes to your order after 12 hours of purchase.  If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange the items you do not wish to keep.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We stand behind our products. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy Page for details.

 

I didn't get all of my items!

We may send your order in separate packages. 

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once we ship your order. 

 

Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel, please do it within 24 hours of placing your order! 

 

What if my package was returned to LuckyPandaKids as "undeliverable?"

Occasionally packages are returned to LuckyPanda as undeliverable. If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit deducting the shipping charges. 

 

What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else has accepted the delivery
  • Ask your mail carrier

Lucky Panda Kids is LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue a refund for packages with confirmed delivery.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. 

 

What if I have provided an incorrect shipping address?

When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit excluding shipping charges. If you choose to have your package resent, we will kindly ask you to cover the cost of shipping.

 

Is my information and payment method secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify. We never receive your credit card information. Shopify uses the latest security technology to keep your information safe. 

 

Can I pay in my own currency?

All our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total may be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate by your bank.

 

 What are the washing instructions?

We recommend all clothing items to be hand washed or washed with delicate cycle in a wash bag for added protection. Please use a mild detergent. We recommend not using a dryer! 
Items delicate in nature should be laid flat to dry. Lace dresses and rompers must be hand washed.
Non-washable items, such as headbands, may be gently spot treated/washed with a mild cleanser and air dried.
