Orders will ship the Same Day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT, weekend or national holidays may be shipped the next business day. Standard Shipping takes 3-7 Business Days to deliver within the U.S.A. All delivery times are estimates. Carriers do not guarantee delivery times due to Covid-19. I have a photoshoot or a special event scheduled, how long will it take to receive my order?
All weekday orders placed before 12 pm Pacific Time ship the same day regardless of the Shipping service chosen at checkout. Our Standard Shipping for all USA orders is First Class Service with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 Business Days. Please consider using one of our faster delivery options available at checkout if you have a specific date in mind. Carriers do not guarantee delivery times due to Covid-19.
My tracking shows delivered but I never received my package!
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We have partnered with Route Package Protection which offers insurance coverage for lost, stolen or damaged packages. The insurance is added to your cart at checkout for a standard fee of $1.35. You can opt out of the coverage if you'd like but we do not recommend it. We will not send you a replacement package if you have opted out at checkout.

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.

Do you offer in-store shopping?
No. We are an online only shop. Please choose local pickup option at checkout if you are in San Diego. We will be happy to assist you if you would like to exchange or return an item at curbside.
Do you have Curbside Local Pickup Available?
Yes. If you are near San Diego, California, you can choose Local Pick-up Option at checkout. Most orders will be ready for Pick-Up within two hours. Please provide your mobile number so that we can contact you via text messages. Free parking available.
How do I make changes to my order?

One of the items I received does not have washing instructions! How do I clean this item?
In the rare case you receive an item that does not have washing instructions please contact us so we may assist you.
Ribbed products shrink after washing but will stretch back!
