How do I make changes to my order?

Please email us as soon as possible at info@luckypandakids.com

We generally cannot make changes to your order after 24 hours of purchase.  If your order has already been shipped, you may return or exchange the items you do not wish to keep.

Some items may be shipped separately.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order ships.

 Is my information and payment method secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify. Lucky Panda does not receive credit card information to ensure privacy.

One of the items I received does not have washing instructions! How do I clean this item? 

In the rare case you receive an item that does not have washing instructions please contact us so we may assist you.

Where is my package?

Lucky Panda Kids is LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue a refund for packages with confirmed delivery. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
