Orders usually ship in 7-14 business days. We do our best to expedite and often deliver faster.

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Yes. If you need to change to your order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
We generally cannot make changes to your order after 12 hours of purchase. If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange the items you do not wish to keep.

I didn't get all of my items!
Do not worry, your items are on their way! Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before than others. There is no additional cost for items that ship in different packages.
How can I track my order?
You will receive order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from San Diego, California. We partner with many vendors and manufacturers overseas to bring you the most adorable clothing for your little ones at affordable prices.
Can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel, please do it within 24 hours of placing your order!
What if my package was returned to LuckyPandaKids as "undeliverable?"
Occasionally packages are returned to LuckyPanda as undeliverable. If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping charges. If you choose to have your package resent, you will incur the regular shipping charges.
What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 36 hours of expected delivery
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else has accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you may receive mail.
What if I have provided an incorrect shipping address?
When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit excluding shipping charges. If you choose to have your package resent, you will incur the regular shipping charges.
Is my information and payment method secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify. We never receive your credit card information. Shopify uses the latest security technology to keep your information safe.
Can I pay in my own currency?
All our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your credit card processes the transaction.
What are the washing instructions?
We recommend all clothing items (shirts, pants, rompers, etc) to be hand washed or washed on delicate cycle in a wash bag for added protection, using mild detergent.
Items containing embellishments which are delicate in nature (pom pom & lace trims, etc) should be laid flat to dry. Please note that many items are made of delicate components. Lace dresses and rompers must be hand washed.
Non-washable items, such as headbands, may be gently spot treated/washed with a mild cleanser and air dried.
