We offer FREE Same Day Shipping on all USA orders over $60.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in San Diego, California.
We ship all orders the Same Day (Monday-Fri). Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, over the weekend or national holidays may be shipped the next business day.
We ship all orders for a flat rate of $5.95 or FREE for orders over $60.
Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Business Days to deliver within the U.S.A. Priority packages are usually delivered in 2-3 business days within the USA.
We recommend Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders. Priority Shipping orders will be prioritized at the warehouse and will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $11.95. If your order is eligible for Free Shipping you can upgrade to Priority at checkout for only $6.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order ships.Please use the tracking number emailed to you to track your package.
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, once packages are given to the delivery service, we have no control over them.
For shipments with the USPS please inquire about the package with your mail carrier or the local post office. The postmaster at your local post office can track the exact delivery address. (Geolocate) And this is usually the fastest way to resolve the issue.
If the issue is not resolved through the carrier, please contact us. We will file a claim with our insurance. We will issue a store credit or ship you a replacement package if our insurance approves the claim.
Lucky Panda Kids is not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, lost or damaged packages.
All our shipments are insured by Shipsurance with a coverage of up to $200. In case of a loss, theft or damage please contact us. We will file a claim on your behalf and may ask you to verify the claim. If your claim is approved, we will either ship you a replacement package or will issue store credit up to the covered amount.
Yes. Our Economy Shipping option usually delivers in 6-10 business days and Expedited shipping option delivers in 2-4 business days.

Import duties, fees or taxes may apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Lucky Panda Kids assumes no responsibility for any import duties or customs fees. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. All International sales are final.
We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. We allow returns within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Product must have the original packaging with the tags in tact. A $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Please use the original or a similar soft package for you return. Additional fees may apply for items returned in boxes.
Items in new condition with the tags still on and inside the clear bag they arrived in will qualify for a return. Items not in this condition will not be accepted for a return. Rejected items will not be shipped back to you.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the return is initiated, you have 7 days to ship it back. Returns made beyond the 30 days will not be refunded.

After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit. A $6.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit for the return shipping label. You may then place an order for the desired size/color/item using your store credit.
Please use the original or a similar poly mailer to return the items. Additional fees may apply for returning items in boxes.
Items sold in a collection such as final sale, clearance, flash sale, or purchased with a “sale” banner are not eligible for a return or exchange. Items that have been worn, washed or used are not eligible for an exchange.
Please add email@example.com to your address book and then check your spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly.
If you have provided us with your phone number only at checkout and did not receive the confirmation text, please note that your phone carrier may have blocked the text confirmation we sent you.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the items you do not wish to keep. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Once the mail carrier delivers your package to us, we will email you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping. Once you pay the invoice, a new order number will be created and we will re-ship your package with a new tracking number.
Yes, please type in your message to the Note Box at check out! We will include a handwritten gift note in the package. There will be no price tags or an invoice in your package. If the recipient would like to return/exchange an item, they can reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help.
Yes, of course. Please email us with your order number or full name of the sender and we will be happy to help.
We are an online only shop. Please choose local pick up option at checkout if you are in San Diego. We will be happy to assist you if you would like to exchange or return an item at curbside.
Yes. If you are near San Diego, California, you can choose local pick-up option at checkout. Most orders will be ready for pick-up within two hours. Please provide your mobile number so that we can contact you via text messages. Free parking available!
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com, and we'll send you a replacement item for free. If your package was damaged please share a photo of the damaged package for us to share with our insurance for the claim.
